In KDE Applications Okular is the optimized PDF viewer. I provide also
a plugin to QImage for PDF & co, but this one is only installed to
computer with Okular, not as stand alone plugin.
So if PDF preview and thumbnail must be supported through this QImage
plugin in digiKam, Okular must be installed too. In all case, under
Linux, Okular is the best way to show PDF file as it's more optimized
than DK.

Can I add this mime type to the configuration without creating problem with digikam processes?. Can I also add mime type for excel and word files as we receive these files with photo embedded.
