[digiKam-users] Where do feature request?

Thank you for your answer.
To not duplicate requests and not waste my effort to request something that
someone already did, I'm trying to identification there what is a
wish/request.
The system is focused on bugs, not requests, there isn't a field to filter
as a request to easy our user life and yours as developers.
Any tips or recommendations?
Like, put some keyword on the subject? starting it as "wish:" or [wish] or
[feature request] ?
This is the search I did but there are a lot of tickets to look if someone
math with I want to request.
