[digiKam-users] Digikam 603 open as

Maybe something like what Hugin does can be of interest. Hugin asks which
RAW processor user wants to use (dcraw, darktable, etc.)
Since there are many digiKam users that prefer external raw processing
tools maybe it would make sense to add a setting on that and let each user
select their raw processor and point to the file (e.g.
c:\users\username\darktable\darktable.exe)
Just an idea.
