I meant even when not changing anything in Preview mode. 

For example, I click on thumbnail X at the bottom of the thumbnail view
window, it opens in Preview view window and I double-click the same image
again, Then I am back in thumbnail view but thumbnail X moved to the top of
the window.

It is not a big issue but a little annoying
