>From main menu : Tools/Create VideoSlideShow/

Setup your 900 JPEG
In video settings : 1 frame by image ; no effect ; select your video
type/rate ; video codec : MPEG4+H264
Media container : MP4

This must do the job. Remember that powerfull FFMPEG will be used in
background
