[digiKam-users] digiKam 6.4.0 is released

Well, on the left it's album view, on the right it's image editor, not the
preview mode which will stay embedded in album view.

There is an option in Setup dialog to change the behavior when you want to
show and image : preview or edit. I use the second one.
