[digiKam-users] huge digikam-git size

The release version of application is "-git". This want mean alpha stage.

We setup "-betaXX" while beta stages and empty for finally release. This
string is shown in splashscreen.

Splashcreen if this string is empty or not. If not, "beta" stamp is print
over splash image.
