[digiKam-users] DK 6.4.0 : Massive Package Size :-(

Note : all tar.gz files in https://files.kde.org/digikam/ are binary
archive of Windows versions. You don't need to run a setup.exe to install,
including admin account. Just decompress the archive in home directory and
run digiKam as well. digiKam do not touch the Windows base register...
