[digiKam-users] option to configure external tools like Gimp, PhotoShop, etc

Hi there
I'm using digikam on macOS ... works well ..great stuff!
The only thing that I'm very hard missing is an option to configure
external tools like Gimp, PhotoShop, etc ...to open a selected image with
one of this preconfigured apps
Is there a solution? XnView MP (which also is available on different
operating systems) comes with such one ... but digiKam is much more
powerful.

But in the end without such a solution it is very hard to using digiKam as
the only one image managing programm.
Any suggestions?
