Hi,
This feature is not yet implemented.
We have reports about this topic :
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=195783
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=301615
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=321752
Under Linux (native) we have a plugin to export items, but it do not work
under Windows or MAc :
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=373820
This is due to use KDE KIO slave mechanism which are not really portable
and in all cases cannot be bundled. This is true for Windows installer,
MacOS package, and Linux Appimage.
In other words, this kind of plugin must be re-written from scratch.
Else under Windows, you can export BQM to a target album from your
collection, got to album view and copy and paste the album in Windows file
manager were you want.
Best
