[digiKam-users] Problem with batch rename

Yes I had already selected the 24 photos I needed to rename and copied 
them to a separate album, all I needed was to rename then using data 
from the exif of each and did not need new copies to be done. Now I can 
see why perhaps the current way is default but I need an option to just 
rename photos in an album without creating new ones. I do this a lot and 
really want to be able to use digikam for my workflow but currently it 
does not do what I need. I'm not sure that it even works correctly as 
you suggest so will do some more testing.
