DK 6.1 appimage on Leap 15.1 KDE

I'm having problem viewing some of the "extra stuff" in DK. I've
tried all the themes that come with DK without success.

I'm old. I'm looking for something clear that tells me where I am
on the screen

for example: with 'fusion grey' or 'grey card', I cannot see the
"thumb" (the part that moves up and down with the position on the
list)

I also like the 'color contrast' but it's also missing many items as
contrast and especially to see what is activated.

1. Is there some other themes to try?
2. Is there some way of modifying these themes to make it more
contrasty?
