[digiKam-users] Refresh not working

I have today updated TW and rebooted as core libraries were updated. The
appimage now loads and runs OK. I will update the other laptop and test
the appimage on that as well but expect it to work now.
I suspect a glitch in the update earlier on TW might have cause this.
