[digiKam-users] Refresh not working

I have managed to find a ready to install V6 from a users repo for TW 
and installed it.

The issue with the rogue directory seems to have gone now. I need to add 
the other album and do some more testing but it is hopeful.

BTW my issue with the appimage has not gone away, it still wont run but 
at least one other user does report it works for them. Anyway now I have 
a normal version it is less problematic.
