[digiKam-users] Finding shutter count in exif

Does anyone know of a Linux utility program which can be used to display 
what appears to be hidden from digikam in the exif data stored by my 
Pentax DSLR? Specifically I am looking for the shutter count which I 
cannot find in what digikam shows, although online tools will show it 
from an uploaded jpeg.
