Yes, the digikam for windows 10 64-bit should be the .exe file. Regarding the
DebugView, you can get it here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/debugview

Download it from the link at the beginning of the page, uncompress it and
run the exe file inside. Then start digikam and wait until the error happens
again. Then copy here the contents of the debugview. It will probably
contain information about what is happening.
