Yes. Check the option in "View, Include Album Sub-Tree". Then select the
folder you want, and it will show the thumbnails of all of their subfolders.
If you don't want to see the headers telling you in which folder the
pictures are, check the "View, Separate items, Flat view" option.

However, if you have more than one collection, it is currently not possible
to see all the thumbnails of all the collections at once.
