[digiKam-users] Checkboxes in HTML-Gallery

Hello.
Is it possible, when creating a html-gallery in digiKam, to put in the
HTML-Page a html-field like 
<input type="checkbox" name="Filename" value="FILENAME.JPG">
for each picture?

I want to generate a HTML-page with a formular, where people can activate a
checkbox, if they want to order a photo.
