I don't think so. You can either use the appimage or compile yourself.
I am compiling from git on my Debian install right now. It seems to be very easy to do.I will post the results either tonight or tomorrow.

Is anyone still building for Debian/Ubuntu? Last packages seem to be for 
5.6 and even Kubuntu 18.04 is still showing 5.6.
