[digiKam-users] Rating in preview mode

DK 5.9.0 appimage on Manjaro

I'm having some minor problems when rating in the preview mode. I
have a group of images that I'd like to rate at the same time. Ctrl-1.

1. Use the left and right arrow to start in the thumbnail strip above
the preview.
2. I have selected the group
3. I press Ctrl-1 for a 1* rating

* Nothing happens, it doesn't show any * rating
* If I scroll left/right with the mouse, then DK displays the *
  ratings.

Is this a bug or I'm doing something wrong?
