geolocation in AppImage

Hi,

I found that when I start the AppImage version with the following it is
working.

LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8 ./digikam-5.8.0-01-x86-64.appimage

Strangely the menu is still in German, but that way it is only a small
start script to workaround the problem.

Thanks
Martin
