DigiKam 5.8: AVCHD (.mts) video thumbnails missing

To be more precise, QtAv have no codecs inside. All is delegate to ffmpeg.
So if your system ffmpeg is compiled with all codecs (it's optional at
configuration time), some video type will not be supported.

Why not all codecs are not included by default ? Because of patents of
course. There are plenty of free patents code and other ones no.
