Problems with digikam 5.7.0 on MacOSX and external NTFS USB disks

It could also be related to the Qt-file dialog we use in digiKam-5.7.0. In
digiKam-5.8.0 it is possible to choose the native system file dialog in the
settings under Miscellaneous. Please test this with digiKam-5.8.0.
