[digiKam-users] DK 5.9 doesn't like gimp 2.10

Hi

The XCF thumbnail are generated by KDE imageio thumbnailers which extend Qt
image loader with extra image format.

https://cgit.kde.org/kimageformats.git/tree/src/imageformats

install this package and it must work.
