This one is reproducible here and show at Randa event.
Look well :
C:/Program Files (x86)/digiKam\plugins
^^^
\ instead / must be the problem. So a wrong path delimiter is used
somewhere...
And yes, All Marble plugins are currently packaged inside the bundles. So
all must be found in top level.
