You can use either the tags tree:
https://docs.kde.org/trunk5/en/extragear-graphics/digikam/using-sidebar.html#using-sidebar-captions (scroll down to Tags Tree tab)
Or the geolocation editor:
https://docs.kde.org/trunk5/en/extragear-graphics/digikam/tool-geolocation.html#tool-geolocationeditor
