Digikam deleted ALL my 2017 photos

Not sure what happened but if you decided to switch to something else you can try Fotoxx and maybe Geeqie.

I HATE IT.

PLEASE, have proper progress information during file movement.

PLEASE do not delete files that have not been written to target
directory during moving files/albums.

PLEASE WARN when something is not possible, like writing to some device.

PLEASE CHECK THINGS PROPERLY when moving/writing/removing/copying files.

I CAN NOT trust digikam any longer.

Anyone knows a just semidecent alternative, that does file management
properly?
