Face recognition suggested improvements

Hi all,

Note : this summer, we have a student working on face recognition. He
has already written a new algorithm with better results (as i can
see). He work on a separate git branch of course.

If he progress well (as i can see), i can ask to him to check problems
reported to bugzilla about face recognition. Not all of course but at
least the well identified problem not too hard to solve. The
recognition tool to apply on one image for ex is a good start.

A general tip : it's very important to well report the problems in
bugzilla, with a clear title and a good description of tasks to run on
application to be able to reproduce the problem quickly. Never mix
multiple ideas in one entry, It's the hell to solve. All must be cut by
themes, sections, proposals (as a project management tasks), and put
in right digiKam bugzilla section. The DK version is very important
too.
