yes, i agree with you Maik,

The way to embed the native file dialog by Qt5 introduce time latency here.

Using Qt5 file dialog instead work perfectly everywhere.

Sure Qt5 file dialog is not well integrated in each desktop, but it
work. This is the goal in fact.
