Switch to Previous/Next picture from Right Panel

Hello Gilles,

I use around 30 tags on daily basis and do not think hot keys are an option 
for me. I am sure I will end up using 5-10 of them and will forget the rest 
which is not my goal.
Is that possible to customize the location of Back/Forward buttons at least?
They are in the top left corner of the picture preview right now. I would 
rather have them in the top righ corner (against the right panel).
