Update images when external file is created

[Erick Moreno]

I marked "Rescan file when files are modified" but nothing changed. I still
need to press F5 to see the new file inside digikam.

What I really whant is a way to "Find new items" without rebuild all
thumbnails. I'm the only one with this issue?
