Editing or changing colorschemes on windows

Update.
digiKam themes:

ColorContrast
LowKey
ShadeofGrey

The text in tooltips is black and is very visible.
Then you can go to Tooltip settings and change the font from system to
custom. It does work properly but I have noticed if you make the font size
really big e.g. 16 or 24 it does look a bit larger in  tooltips
