I have digiKam installed and working on the current version of Linux Mint
(serena).
Asking *Help* for the digiKam handbook produces an .
Error message:

The requested operation could not be completed

Technical Reason: Unable to Launch Process

Details of the Request:

Protocol: help
Date and Time: Saturday, January 28, 2017 10:26:55 AM PST
Additional Information: Cannot talk to klauncher: The name
org.kde.klauncher5 was not provided by any .service files

I found a post on the Linux Mint Forum
<https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=233795&p=1241813&hilit=digikam#p1241087>
that claimed installing Plasma 5.6 solved his problem. I added my problem
to that thread, but so far there has been no response.
This version of Linux (serena) is supposed to include Plasma 5.6 (
https://www.linuxmint.com/rel_sarah_kde_whatsnew.php).
I have also installed the khelpcenter package and digikam5-doc, but still
no joy.
