Update 5.4.0 on Windows : no sound with all my videos

This can be a simple packaging problem. Typically, the translations are
bundled if digiKam is compiled with translations files extraction from KDE
svn server. This is configurable. translation extraction is very long, and
to speed up we can pass this stage. Perhaps Maik has commented this option.
