Digikam 5.4.0 won't start on Windows

I am not sure what that file is.I have never uploaded any GPX files. I haven't been writing any metadata to RAW files either.

Digikam won't start anymore on my windows 10 64 bit machine. I can see the process running in task manager but the window never appears. It is weird because it was working couple of days ago and I don't think I even rebooted the machine. Is it a well known iisue? I guess it is an issue with 64 bit version again.
