UpdateSchemaFromV7ToV8 fails on rename

Has anyone encountered this error when upgrading from DK4.14 (I think) to
DK5.3? Based on some google searches for errno: 152, mysql is complaining
about a foreign key constraint. Does anyone have some advice for tackling
this issue? Thanks for any help!
