Here is a link to a page that should enable you to cancel your subscription
to the digiKam mailing list:

At the end of the page there is an input box and next to it a button. Here
is a picture:

I believe that clicking the Unsubscribe button will allow you to
unsubscribe, but I have not personally tried it.
