Windows: Import doesn't list camera (Canon PowerShot)

Hello,

On Win7 x64 with digiKam 5.6.0 the "Import >> Cameras" menu does not show my
camera, a Canon PowerShot SX260. The camera does show up under "Windows
Explorer >> Portable Devices". I've tried various settings under "Add camera
manually" but so far am unsuccessful.

Can anyone offer a solution or steps for troubleshooting?
