Show/Hide all panels and bars using a single shortcut

yes, as i remember, at least for some sidebar entry. Look the shortcut
CTRL+META+F1/F2/F3/... defined in Browse menu.

There is no genric shortcut for that. If i remember there is an entry
in Usability-Keyboard component from bugzilla.
