New digikam website source available from KDE's git server

Yay! :)

Mica made great headway yesterday on getting things looking much better.
Things are still in flux while he checks some stuff and modifies a few more
styles.  The broken links have been updated and fixed - so there shouldn't
be any bad links anymore (but by all means if someone finds one please let
us know)!
