digikam 5.1 and 5.2 not starting on WIndows 10

As the backtrace show, I think the problem is located in Marble backend
which rely on a lots of runtime plugins (too much).

With new 5.2.0 just released, i reverted back to older Marble release for
OSX and Windows (We don't have a control about Linux packaging).

Please try 5.2.0 installer.
