The Export "Email Images" option - what about adding mutt?

As I keep saying mutt is *already* my default EMail program, I don't
think galternatives will change this. I need to set the default in
the KDE configuration somehow.
... and anyway I don't think galternatives does what one wants anyway,
it's a configuration gui for the 'alternatives' system which allows one
(for example) to make 'vi' load one's favourite vi clone out of the
many available. It doesn't set the default program for a particular
task.
