The Export "Email Images" option - what about adding mutt?

I have an XDG standard file for mutt but how do I make it the default
Email app for KDE?  I don't want to have to install kde systemsettings
just to allow me to set the default mail program.  Is there not a text
config file that I can put the setting in?
