Edit keyboard shortcuts to edit tools

I'm talking about the tools that appears in the new tools menu, organized
in groups like transform, decorate, colors...

Translated from portuguese, he have these examples:

- Proportional cut
- Free rotate
- Bright/Contrast/Gama

Among others.

I can`t see these options on the configure shortcuts tools list.

Sending the link to the new version, are you suggesting that this is
already fixed on 5.4 or is a problem with my instalation?
