Win64 for 5.3.0

Hello,

I am very pleased to see that 5.3.0 is available for download now, but I
can only find the 32 bit version for Windows. Is the Win64 version still in
the pipeline and should I exercise some patience? Or do I need to switch to
32 bit from now on?
