[Digikam-users] Open with other programs in Windows

No, you cannot yet do it under Windows and OSX.

Under Linux, KDE API provide a generic function for that, but it never
ported to non Linux system.

So we need to implement a dedicated code for the plateform or wait that Qt
provide a class for thin kind of job. There is a QtSystem framework under
development :
