Remove Red Eyes

In next 5.2.0, the new tool to remove red eyes have been integrated in
digiKam batch queue manager.

The new algorithm, written by a student this summer, is fully automatized
and give better result than older kipi tool.

It still some work to remove current manual tool in editor and to replace
by new algorithm.
