[Digikam-users] 4.10 and 4.12 thumbnail filmstrip behavior

Hi Elle,
this feature (scroll current item in the thumbbar to center) was desired by
some users. We will make this feature in the next relase of digiKam (4.14.0)
in the settings configurable.
