[Digikam-users] First digiKam 4.9.0 PKG installer for OSX...

For another OSX version, the script to build PKG must run without to
many problems.

Only XCode/CLI tools must be installed previously. After that script
automatically download macports, install it, compile all dependencies,
compile digiKam. All is done in a dedicated bundle (/opt/digikam) to
not break an already installed macports used in production
(/opt/local).
