[Digikam-users] Issue with Digikam Windows

Problem must be solved with last windows version 4.5.0 packaged by 3rd
party maintainer.

Note : this guy contact me few day ago to package last 4.8.0 for
Windows. So wating a little bit before to update must be a good idea.

Also windows version of digiKAm has only be tested under Windows 7,
not Windows 8.x
